Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Training camp guests in the Intermediate Muay thai Training program working the Muay Thai pads, Thai Boxing technique, one-on-one, heavy bag training, skills, drills, and conditioning.
Tiger Muay Thai and MMA is a unique training camp in that we separate our training programs into 4-levels: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, and Fighters Muay Thai training programs. this allows guests to learn Muay Thai in the proper steps and train with other guests of the same level learning the same techniques. As you advance, the head trainer in each program will determine when you are ready to advance to the next level based on your technique, conditioning, and desire to advance.
