After a month of training Muay Thai, Jon Fitch and Nate Moore got together to do a free seminar for Tiger Muay Thai and MMA guests. Covering MMA / wrestling techniques and take-downs, Jon showed he is not just a great fighter but a great instructor. It was a little crowded, but Thanks to Jon and all the TMT guests that showed up to participate.
