Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand guests and trainers take to Nai Harn Beach for a morning beach training session that includes a nice 1.1 km beach run on the soft sands, Muay Thai technique training and some fun and games like a tug-of-war, and swimming in the cool waves off the beach.
