Prathet wins by TKO with multiple elbow strikes, Mark loses on points

Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training Camp, Phuket, Thailand fighters Prathet and Mark went 1-1 @ Bangla Muay Thai Stadium in Patong on the evening of May 15, 2009.
Mark, fighting in his first Muay Thai fight took on grizzled veteran Malai. Mark looked great with his technique winning the early rounds, but it was Malai’s ring experience winning out in the end after 5-rounds on points.
Prathet made a bloody mess of Jomkitti. After 2 close opening rounds where the fighters traded kicks and punches, Prathet found a flaw in Jomkitti’s game and used multiple uppercut elbows cutting he veteran fighter bad before the refree and Doctor finally put and end to the fight late in the 3rd round.
