Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp guests go through training session on the morning of May 4, 2010 in a variety of Muay Thai and MMA drills in Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced Muay Thai and MMA training programs. Guests train 2 X per day for a total of 6+ hours of training in Muay Thai and MMA with the addition of running program, Boot Camp Body Fit class, weightlifting program, Western Boxing Program, and Krabi Krabong classes.
