Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp, Phuket, Thailand guests participate in the morning Boot Camp / Fitness and Weight-Loss program from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. getting the metabolism burning at high speed to crank up the fat burning process for the day. Many guests warm-up with the boot camp class then take a short break before beginning weight-lifting, Muay Thai, or MMA.
