Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp guests train in the beginners, intermediate, and advanced Muay Thai training programs in January 2010. Guests are training on the Muay Thai pads, heavy bags, sparring, and one-on-one pad work with the trainers. Guests train hard for 3-hours from Muay Thai technique training, to pad and bag work, cardio and conditioning into a well-rounded training regimen.
