Tiger Muay Thai Beach Training Session Sept 13 2008

It was a morning on the white sands of Nai Harn beach, Phuket, Thailand as Tiger Muay Thai and MMA training camp guests headed down the beach for some fun and Muay Thai training. Starting off with a nice run along the shore for 1.2 km, the guests enjoyed some training and fun with the Tiger Muay Thai trainers including a tug-of-war contest between the trainers and guests. It was a great 1.5 hours of fun until the skies grew dark and rains whipped up the waves.

TMT guests and trainers headed down to Nai Harn beach for a morning of Muay Thai training, including beach run, muay thai training, and even a tug-of-war between guests and trainers.
